Actually, it’s been a tough summer for both of the parronts. Besides the weather, both of them have dealt with work changes (more daddy than mommy), home repairs, health issues (sinus stuff), and vehicles needing repairs. Mommy said yesterday that she feels like a piñata. Daddy agreed. That’s not good! Bubbles and I have been doing our best to comfort them. I’ve been my usual snuggly self, and Bubbs has been her spunky, cute self (and making adorable parakeet sounds that especially delight mommy).
This too shall pass. They’ve made it through 100% of what’s happened so far, and this will be no exception. We pray that they will find the calm and comfort they need to settle into a nice fall that is a reward for their faith and perseverance through the long summer. We’ve seen worse, and are grateful for the blessing, help, and support that’s seen us through. At least they don’t give up. Perseverance is something they both are excelling in. They keep trying, each day, and walk in faith for a better tomorrow.
That’s all today. Take care, and have a great rest of the week.
Luv,
Zack
