Why do humans play it cool? Who do they really think they have to impress? She's happier than a flock of conures on French Fry Friday over this job move. It's reducing her workload and putting her in a group more in line with her personal interest (earth and science, the big 'ol nerd that she is). Good grief, now I'm having images of Star labs and The Flash in my head. I hope she and her new colleagues aren't going to be in that office designing super suits and giving enhanced super-human villians silly nicknames! Can you see her sitting at her desk with her headset and computer saying "oh, Mr. Superhero, the villains are coming on the corner of Bush River and Broad River. I just jammed the traffic lights and sent the cops to meet you. Go get 'em!"
Ok, that's silly and scary. Silly, because it's ridiculous. Scary, because I could actually see her (and daddy) doing that!
She says reality is much more boring than that, and that's why they watch these superhero TV shows. It probably is. Chloe and I wouldn't know. Heck, it's probably best that we don't! I see her writing, and if reality is anywhere near what she makes up, well yea, it's best we don't know.
That's all today. I hope you have a Happy Friday tomorrow and a fabulous weekend!
