Now we're watching a Kung-fu marathon on El Rey Network. Bruce Lee is about to fight Chuck Norris, and then Kareem Abdul-Jabar in the next movie. Daddy and Chloe are so happy. Then tomorrow is Rivalry Day! Our big rivalry here is the University of South Carolina vs. Clemson University. Yea, you've probably heard that Clemson is #1 now and Carolina - isn't. Ok, they're having a bad year. When the coach leaves in the middle of the year, it's not good news. Mommy thinks Carolina's chances would be better if they just did The Walking Dead, and went lurching out on the field. Maybe we could scare Clemson away. They could surprise us. Or not. Guess we'll know at noon tomorrow! Obviously, we're Carolina fans - both parronts graduated from the University of South Carolina. Yes, they have a niece at Clemson, but that's one shift they can't make. The Carolina/Clemson thing is a pretty big deal here.
Then Sunday is the first day of Advent, which is the beginning of the church year. It's a 4 week season of preparation for Christmas. But don't worry. The Lutheran tradition of not listening to Christmas music until Christmas Eve is fading away. Not that anybody actually did it anyway. Mommy's Christmas CD has been in her car for a week now. And her ring tone is "Linus and Lucy."
So it's definitely the holiday season now! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and that your weekend is going well. Take care, and have a great (long) weekend.
Luv,
Zack
