It means the parronts are out of sync.
There are advantages and disadvantages to this. The one having an easier time can help and support the busy one, so that’s a good thing. It’s like boy and girl birds molting at different times: we can help and support each other through the icky season. But it would be nice if they were more on the same page. They won’t be until late September or October, which can get awkward sometimes.
Mommy is trying to handle it better this year. The past few years have been rough, but she said her goal for 2023 is to find better ways to manage stress and triggers. To this end, she’s exercising regularly, keeping her writing going by writing short stories during her novel breaks, meditating, and keeping a consistent sleep schedule. Last week was tough because she had a sinus infection, but she’s over that now and doing better this week. We’ll keep her on track.
And that’s one constant that both parronts can count on. Zack and I are here for them no matter what these crazy humans out in the world are doing. They know they can count on us for love and comfort at all times.
That’s all today. Take care, and have a great week.
Luv,
Bubbles
