In other words, she’s practicing avoidance by keeping herself busy with things to distract her from not doing something that she usually does on a daily basis.
I didn’t realize that writing breaks were hard on writers. It seems that if the muse isn’t talking then it would be easy to set it aside, but apparently it really bothers writers to not write. She says she doesn’t know how people do life without writing at all. I just made a noise at her and kept playing with my doll. Humans are so strange.
I guess they all have their “things” and interests, and that’s just part of who they are. Well, we love them and will be patient, through writer’s block and not. Maybe now is a good time for her to settle down and read some of those ebooks and paperbacks she’s built up over the summer. The housework eventually ends, and in fact it’s dwindling now. I better make sure Zack isn’t chewing the charging cord for her Kindle. She’s gonna need it. Writers gotta read, too, and mommy loves her books.
That’s all today. Take care, and have a great week.
Luv,
Bubbles
