It's been very warm lately for the winter, and I think it's disturbing the natural order of things. Mommy has the air conditioner on now because it got hot around noon in the house. And Daddy saw a snake in the driveway when he threw the leftovers in the woods a couple of days ago. Gross! That snake has been sassing me and Mommy since we moved in. She says we'll get him one day, but I don't know. I screamed at him once when Daddy and I saw him last summer (oh, you should have seen how fast he slithered toward the grass!) but apparantly I didn't strike enough fear in his heart. I hear snakes pestered her great-grandmother when they lived out here. How are we going to do what 4 genreations haven't been able to do yet?
I don't know, but I am glad it's not too cold. I don't like snow, so I'm glad we haven't had any yet this year. It snowed twice last year. In the south that's just a mess. Nobody knows what to do. It's more of a pain than it's worth. I guess we're lucky we live inside. Chloe says we are. She lived in an aivary for 7 years and I know she's extremely grateful to have a roof over her head. Ollie and I have always lived in a home, so I guess we're fully domesticated. Mommy says spoiled too, but I don't think so. Just blessed and privledged.
That's all for today. Take care and enjoy life.
Luv,
Zack
