What is it about space that fascinates us? We send probes and talk about extraterrestrial life and colonizing the moon, Mars, and possibly moons of Jupiter and Saturn. Maybe it's population increases - there are an awful lot of people around, and we're going to need more space than this blue rock can provide eventually (unless we develop Antarctica which, mommy says, would still have a massively packed Chick-Fil-A, because she swears that place is always crowded no matter what). I guess it's because it's different, and inaccessible. There's so much out there, and there's nothing we can do with or about it, except to look and say "Ooh! Pretty!"
Maybe one day we'll get there. They'd have to start funding NASA decently first, though, because these private yuks don't know what they think they know about space. They have more money than sense. Heck, I'd be a better space bird than some of them. I can at least walk across the roof of my cage. Mommy likes that. She calls me "space bird" and smiles. I do it often.
Happy sky watching or rather, Internet watching, because I'm pretty sure that we can't see Pluto from here. Who knows? Maybe it will get promoted to a planet again. We're cheering for that.
That's all today. Take care, and have a great week.
Luv,
Chloe
