Monday is also daddy’s birthday. What an honor. He gets a major astronomical event and insane crowds on his big day. Happy birthday, Papa!
It sure doesn’t take much to get you humans excited. One thing out of the ordinary and you’re booking rooms and making T-shirts. I guess it just goes to show how boring our day to day lives are – we’ll use any reason to celebrate. Then again, I suppose this is a rare event. Mommy said she hasn’t seen this much excitement over space since Haley’s Comet passed back in the 80’s, or maybe the Pluto fly-by.
Then there are the doomsday sayers, who claim it’s the judgement of the Almighty portending the end of days. No guys, it’s a shadow. They happen all the time. This one just happens to be bigger than most. Geeze. I’m a bird, and I know this. But maybe it will at least get people to stop kvetching about the President, at least for a minute.
Anyway, I hope all who can see it have fun with it, and do it safely. I’m sure it will be a great thing to see. And then, we all go back to our dull lives on Tuesday.
That’s all today. Take care, and have a happy Friday and a wonderful weekend!
Luv,
Chloe
