It’s ok. He has a big personality, and he is a handsome fellow. Ollie was a lovable little fellow too, and everybody adored him. He was cute and fun and he sang the prettiest songs. I guess I’m a more low key kind of girl. Like mommy, you have to get me to come out of my shell before I really shine. In fact, mommy said that’s a big reason why she picked me at the aviary – because I was sweet and low key, and she wanted to give me attention. I guess I’m like a jack-in-the-box. You have to wind me up to get me to pop out.
Hmm. That’s kind of a scary visual. A Chloe-In-The-Box. Beep beep! Here I come! Oh my, that sounds like an Anipal Land Horror Story.
I’m just kidding. Really, I don’t mind being the beta bird. In the aviary, I was just number 2553, like the Borg on Star Trek, and on display for profit. Now I have a name, a home, a family, and all of you great friends! Who needs the spotlight? It would probably give me beak burn and a headache anyway. I’m a blessed bird and I’m very happy!
That’s all today. Take care. Have a Happy Friday tomorrow and a great weekend.
Luv,
Chloe
